Terms & Conditions

BBQ E-Boat Fiji is operated by FarerFiji (Farer Group Pte Ltd). The following Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and participation in BBQ E-Boat Fiji cruises.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings must be made through FarerFiji’s official booking channels and are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment and booking confirmation issued by FarerFiji.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 48 hours before cruise: Full refund.
• Less than 48 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.
• Changes to booking dates must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or safety reasons (see Section 3), guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Weather & Safety Conditions

• All cruises are subject to safe weather and waterway conditions.
• FarerFiji reserves the right to cancel, delay, or alter any cruise in response to adverse weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, without liability for compensation beyond refund or reschedule.
• The final decision on cruise operation lies solely with the Operator.

4. Liability Waiver

• All guests are required to sign a Customer Liability Waiver Form before departure.
• The Guest Skipper (self-drive operator) is also required to sign a Self-Drive Liability Waiver Form before departure, agreeing to follow all operational and safety rules, and to assume full responsibility for the boat and all passengers during the cruise.
• The Guest Crew (assisting the Guest Skipper in radio, boat operation, or other onboard tasks) is required to sign a Supporting Acknowledgement Form before departure, confirming they have received the relevant safety instructions and accept the associated responsibilities and risks.
• By signing the applicable waiver(s), guests acknowledge that participation is at their own risk and agree to release FarerFiji, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred during the cruise.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who assumes all liability on their behalf.

5. Guest Responsibility & Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly, respect crew instructions, and observe all safety guidelines onboard.
• Excessive intoxication, unruly behavior, or endangerment to others may result in immediate termination of the cruise without refund.
• Glassware, illegal substances, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited onboard.
• Guests must notify staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to boarding.

6. Operator Rights

• FarerFiji reserves the right to refuse service to any guest deemed unfit to participate for reasons of safety or conduct.
• The Operator may substitute vessels, modify itineraries, or cancel cruises as operationally required.
• FarerFiji is not responsible for delays or loss resulting from unforeseen events, including weather, transportation issues, or force majeure.

7. Photography & Media Usage

• Guests acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during the cruise for promotional purposes.
• By participating, guests grant FarerFiji the right to use such media for marketing, including website, social media, and printed materials, unless a written objection is submitted in advance.
• If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please inform the crew prior to departure.

8. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
• Any disputes arising from participation in the cruise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Fiji.
